The Service is operated by Z² Technologies LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older and are the parent or legal guardian responsible for your family's use of the Service.
Children may use the Service only through an account created and managed by a parent or guardian.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
After your trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription:
Billing is handled through Invoice Ninja. By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Chore Goblin (family names, chore names, reward names, etc.). By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process that content to provide the Service.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Chore Goblin available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z² Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
